While prime agricultural land in European Union neighbors commands €10,000 to €25,000+ per hectare (2.4 acres), top-tier Ukrainian black soil is trading at a steep discount, currently averaging between $1,500 and $3,800 per hectare (2.4 acres) in the western and central regions where our fund concentrates its acquisitions. This offers a clear 100–200% capital appreciation path as the country aligns with the EU.
Resilient Through Conflict
Despite the ongoing war, Ukraine's farmland market has continued to grow through 2025 and into 2026, with land values rising well ahead of local inflation. Our fund targets acquisitions specifically in western Ukraine — a region that has remained outside occupied and front-line areas throughout the conflict.
Massive Institutional Capital Flows
This is an institutional-grade opportunity. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development alone deployed €2.4 billion in 2024 and a record €2.9 billion in 2025 into Ukraine². Private equity activity is accelerating too: agricultural M&A in Ukraine totaled roughly $167 million across all of 2025 — and had already surpassed $525 million in just the first four months of 2026⁴.

A Letter from Our Founder
My name is Mariia. I was born in Ukraine and moved to the USA with my husband two years ago.
It was in my third month here that I realized I had come to build something great. My mentors, and all the knowledge I was gaining along the way, had been preparing me for this.
First, I connected with a specialist in the agro sector in Ukraine. Valery has been working hard in this sector for 25 years. When his daughter was born, he had nothing, and he chose the best option available in the market to build wealth — agriculture.
After discussions with Valery and my mentors, we started looking not just for the best farmer, but for the person who had faced enough challenges to appreciate the opportunity and work hard.
We found Pavlo, who had been helping his father on a large piece of farmland since childhood. Despite all the losses, he had to stand up and keep going. He wants to change how the world thinks when they hear “Ukraine.” He wants people to know us for being hardworking, truthful, and resilient.
